Wet Chemistries

Our class 100 clean room contains wet etchants and processes for substrate cleaning. Outside the clean room, we have wet lab space available for clients that need exhausted workspace.

Other wet chemistry capabilities:

• A sample prep fume hood that can also be used for work with nanomaterial
• A spray coating system that can be used to deposit a broad variety of materials onto different substrates
• Ovens and furnace for thermal processing and aging of materials
