Lab access

Users who would like access to the facility or to use our services need to complete the following:

New User Registration Form and Waiver
1. For SFU students, staff, or faculty
2. For all other external users
Access and Service Agreement for external organizations
Training
We provide you with online safety training, in-person facility orientation, and hands-on tool training. We encourage users to work independently, which improves research results. Our training model is customized to each user.

To arrange lab training, please submit completed forms to info@4dlabs.ca.

If you do not require access to the facility or would like to have 4D LABS staff conduct work on your behalf, please contact us at info@4dlabs.ca.
