Planetary Ball Mill

The planetary ball mill allows the grinding of hard material, in dry, down to ~0.1 um in diameter. These fine particles are ideal for XRD and XRF analyses. The mill is capable of processing up to four 70 mL samples in a session. It can also be used to mix liquids and pastes.

The milling jar and the media are made of stainless steel (HRC of 60-62).
