Pellet Press

The automated hydraulic press is a high-throughput tool for making reproducible and high-quality pressed pellets for XRF analysis. The pressing force is adjustable up to a maximum of 30 tons.

Three pellet die assemblies are available for the preparation of 40 mm, 32 mm, and 22 mm diameter pressed pellets. The pressing plates are made of stainless steel (HRC of 60-62).
