PVD4 Lesker Sputter Tool Receipt

4D LABS Nanofabrication Facility received a new sputter deposition tool in August to be used to create a range of thin metal oxides.  This tool, made possible by funds from CFI and BCKDF, is anticipated to be available in October to 4D LABS Nanofabrication Users.
