Nanoimaging

The Nanoimaging Facility offers materials characterization unique to BC with the only Focused Ion Beam and Field Emission Scanning Tunneling Electron microscopes in the area. Directed by Dr. Karen Kavanagh, the facility was moved to 4D LABS from its previous locations in SFU Physics and Chemistry. Nanoimaging is equipped with the following systems:
